CTREs
- are important for tourist guides to upgrade themselves as valuable historical facts, current issues and developments are learnt and shared during these excursions. A well-equipped tourist guide is one who has his facts and figures right and presents him or herself well to the customers. Making their visit fun and worthwhile.
Apart from all the learning and adding more knowledge, the group who travelled a long together, enjoyed connecting with one another and getting to know other people and places along the way. BTGA will continue to conduct more CTREs indoor dan outdoor every year for its members and others to help them enhance their guiding skill. This will only help these individuals to deliver their best when doing GUIDING.—
